Parish Picnics
Saint
Andrew's usually has picnics on the Fourth of July at Father Bob's home and one
in the Fall, usually at Boomer Lake.
We ask those who come to bring a side dish to share
and lawn chairs.
All newcomers were encouraged to come.
We are always excited to see
so many there.
Everyone always has a lot of fun and good times.
At
the Fourth of July Picnic,
we enjoy the
great food, great company, great conversations,
and the great games we play.
(i.e. egg toss,
bubble gum blowing contests, turtle races,
sunflower seed spitting contests, etc.)
At
the Fall Picnic at Boomer Lake,
we enjoy the
great food, great company, great conversations,
play on the playground equipment, toss footballs, baseballs, and Frisbees, fly
kites, and go fishing.
